After your Home Evaluation is completed, we will generate a report to help you understand the current state of your home. Every item will be given a rating of its condition to help determine what items require attention.
It is strongly recommended that any items marked as needing immediate repairs be addressed right away. This will prevent more serious and costly problems in the future.
With almost eight decades of residential construction experience behind us, we can help you with almost any repairs that your home may need.
If we can’t do the work, we will recommend someone who can. If you know a licensed subcontractor who you would like to do the repairs, you of course can use them instead. Our first concern is for your home to be a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment to live in.
